All parents need a bit of ‘me’ time, but when it gets to the end of a long day, most or us are too exhausted to do the things we know are good for us. Just a Thought is a brand new wellness app that, in our opinion, is perfect for the modern parent. It’s designed to be a kind of personal wellbeing assistant, that helps you get to know and track your emotional health, the way a fitbit tracks physical health.

The app provides information and advise on things like sleep, motivation, communication, and self-esteem, and helps you generates personalised action plans based on your needs. It then links in with your email to keep you on track. You can also keep a simple wellbeing log, that helps you monitor changes in your wellbeing over time.

It’s completely free, and doesn’t take up any more time than a pre-sleep facebook binge (and is way better for your mental health!).
