Isolated But Not Alone

If you and your loved ones are struggling with the challenges of lock down, you are not alone. Mothers, fathers, and caregivers all over the world have been cut off from many of the places, routines, social connections, and activities that form their village, and many of these families were already coping with immense challenges before the outbreak of COVID-19. In New Zealand we are lucky to have a large range of support services still operating as ‘essential services’, and many more can be accessed remotely either online or via phone.
